BREAKING NEWS!

3.1.10 - Atlanta SX was another bad weekend for me..
The track was a lot better. I felt a lot looser on the bike, however my first practice out.
I had went down on the second lap and broke my clutch lever.
I then had to pull off the track and find a clutch lever to get it fixed.
Once I got it fixed, I had to go right out for my second practice.
I was going really well & smooth, but not well enough as I missed it by 2 sec.
I may have done better with a little more time on the track, but who knows..
Any ways, I am most deff. ready for Daytona.
I will make it to the night program!

Thanks again to everyone that has helped me get to where I am now!

Well round one didn't go to well for me. I got there with a mod bike that I have not once ridden. So in practice one I was trying to get used to the bike & track. I finally got them figured out, but the triple before the mechanics area I could not get over.. One time I came up so short I jammed my wrists & jarred my back pretty good. So with all that going I had no time to get a fast lap. After this I went to my pit relaxed, played cards, and got a massage from my girlfriend.
which helped clear my mind & get ready for practice two. I went out for practice two & felt good! I'd finally figured out the key to the triple I had problems with was to stretch first gear all the way over it. None of my laps were good enough till one of my last laps I had really put the hammer down and for sure would have made it, but the last 3 of these waist high whoops before the finish line corner. I tire tapped them landed on the back of my bike causing me to grab some throttle hit a tough block & launch the berm onto my hip. Just like Reardon did at A1, and after that I got up quick to get another time in, but my clutch was broke, and I had no more time.. That ended my night early, but what can you expect for never riding a real SX track & not riding but over a handful of times since a head injury about a year & a half ago.. I do feel ready for Atlanta this weekend! Thank to all the people making this possible for me to be here and a special thanks to my girlfriend Shevonne for being there for me all the way through!

June 14-15 at High Point Raceway went alot better than the weekend before at Freestone.
I qualified like 27th in practice which sent me into the two moto format.
First moto I ended up 28th, and in moto two I got 26th.
I would have done a lot better, but I just got a little too tired.
I will definitely step up my training program, and see how things go from there.
After my race we went to Birch Creek in Danville VA. for my sisters race the next weekend.
She did very well going 2-3-1 in her 3 moto format. So needless to say she qualified for Loretta's.
Now we have just been training at Fasnacht's facility.
